Magnetic filter unit type series HLM C1-…& TR1-...

Inline filter units C1-60-125-65 aseptic & TR1-60-100-65

Area of application

The type HLM C1-… and HLM TR1… magnetic filters are used for separating ferromagnetic and paramagnetic iron impurities from liquids, pastes and pumpable

product flows. The filter is designed for and used in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry depending on the requirements of the operator.

Operating principle

The product to be cleaned flows through the magnetic filter with the magnetisable ferromagnetic and paramagnetic iron impurities being attracted by the magnetic rod and sticking to the magnetic rod/cladding tube.

Cleaning

To remove any captured impurities, the magnetic filter is opened and the magnetic insert removed. After rinsing off product residues the magnetic rod, which is encapsulated in a stainless steel jacket, can be pulled out of the cladding tube. Impurities can easily be removed from the non-magnetic cladding tube.

Reassemble magnetic filter in reverse order.

The device can be supplied with an optional filter insert.
